In order to place an order on the Site or to access the part of the Site strictly intended for healthcare professionals, the User must register and create a user account (hereinafter the «User Account»).

The User must complete the registration form on the Site, and attest to the veracity and integrity of the identification data requested, as well as all information provided, which must be updated regularly, subject to termination or suspension of his/her User Account by the Publisher.

After obtaining his login and access code, the User declares that he is solely responsible for them. Therefore, the User acknowledges that he/she is solely responsible for any act carried out from his/her User Account, by him/her or a third party.

In the event of a breach of these GTU, the Publisher reserves the right to terminate the User Account concerned, and to claim damages for any prejudice suffered, without any right to compensation for the User

Through the Site, the User may publish opinions (hereinafter referred to as «Opinions») concerning products marketed on the Site by the Publisher.

A Review is defined as the expression of the User's opinion on his or her personal consumer experience through any element of appreciation, whether qualitative or quantitative. The consumer experience is understood to be whether or not the consumer has purchased the good or service for which he or she is posting a review. In order to allow the Publisher to publish the User's Review on the Site, as well as any content that this Review may contain, in particular images or photographs, the User grants the Publisher a non-exclusive, free, transferable, sub-licensable and worldwide license for all reproduction, representation, adaptation, translation and broadcasting rights. The license terminates upon deletion of the Notice.

The User undertakes to obtain the necessary authorizations to publish a photograph on the Site and to publish photographs only in compliance with the rights of third parties. 11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These GTU are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute not amicably resolved between the User and the Publisher, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Lille (France)
