Do you know what's known as reactional fatigue? It's stress-induced fatigue and the most common form of asthenia. It generally begins in the morning and peaks in the late evening. It's accompanied by sleep disturbances, irritability and nervousness. Use relaxation methods (meditation, cardiac coherence) to lower the pressure.
