Our organic Psyllium teguments are obtained from seeds grown in the open air, harvested, sorted and shelled to recover the teguments, which are then cleaned.
Our Psyllium Blond Bio is available in powder form, to be mixed into the drink or food of your choice, such as yoghurt.

WHO? Adults and children over 6 (see precautions for use).
WHEN? Preferably in the morning.
HOW TO TAKE? Shake sachet well before use. 1 to 2 teaspoons per day (i.e. approx. 2.9 to 5.8g/day) in two doses, preferably in the morning. Per dose: dilute 1 teaspoon (approx. 2.9 g) in a large glass of water, mix well and consume immediately. To complete absorption, rinse the glass well with water and drink the second glass of water. It is important to drink plenty of water while taking the product. Close sachet tightly after opening. Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
