Did you know about it?
Are you familiar with Sebastien KNEIPP's method of stimulating blood circulation, known as "cold water affusions"? Apply a jet of cold water to the little toe, then work your way up to the knee. Repeat this movement 2 or 3 times, then rinse the soles of your feet with cold water.
Put on warm socks and do a little exercise. Your legs should feel perfectly relaxed!

WHO? Adults (see precautions for use).
WHEN? Preferably in the morning, with meals.
