Each ampoule contains 530 mg of Ginseng, standardized to 20 mg*** of ginsenosides.

WHO? Adults (refer to usage precautions).
HOW? 1 ampoule per day for 20 days, preferably before or during breakfast, pure or diluted in half a glass of water.
