Superdiet has selected Marine Magnesium from waters off the French coast. This Magnesium is obtained through a process of evaporation of seawater, enabling it to be concentrated.

1 ampoule per day for 20 days, with a meal (lunch or dinner). To make this naturally salty-tasting product easier to take, we recommend that you refrigerate the ampoules and dilute them in a large glass of water.
