WHO? Adults (refer to usage precautions).
HOW? According to your needs, take 1 ampoule per day for 20 days or 2 ampoules per day for 10 days, pure or diluted in half a glass of water, preferably in the evening with meals. Optimal effect is achieved with 2 ampoules per day.
