Fenugreek is a plant that has been used throughout human history. Used by the Egyptians for its aromatic properties, it was then cultivated from the 7th century onwards in the Middle East, before being introduced to China and India as an essential plant in Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine.

WHO? Adults and adolescents over 12 (see precautions for use).
HOW ? 4 capsules a day in 2 to 3 doses with a full glass of water to help stimulate appetite; up to 6 capsules a day to aid digestion and contribute to normal glucose levels.
