Ginger Bio 20 phials
Prone to nausea? Try our Ginger ampoule at 750mg per dose.
Ginger has been used for over 5,000 years in traditional Eastern medicine. Ginger is renowned for its aphrodisiac virtues, but not only that: it is also known to help control nausea, particularly at the start of pregnancy or when traveling by land, sea or air.
This fluid extract is made in our workshops in Hauts-de-France using two complementary extraction methods that have been tried and tested for over 60 years: decoction and infusion.
Did you know?
Yoga belly breathing can help relieve nausea. This breathing relieves nausea by massaging the digestive organs. To practice it:
1. Sit in a comfortable position.
2. Close your eyes and place your hands on your stomach.
3. Breathe deeply through your nose.
Feel the air flowing down your nostrils, into your throat, into your chest and then into your expanding belly.
Take at least ten such breaths, trying to make them longer each time.
