Ingredients pour approx. 5 balls:
- 2 heaped tablespoons of rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons of grated coconut (or 2 Medjool dates)
- 1 tablespoon of strawberry jam
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons of organic goji berries (approx. 18.2g)
Place all ingredients in the bowl of the mixer and make a paste. Roll goji balls like truffles in your hand. Leave them in the fridge for one hour (or prepare the day before ).
