Ingredients for one portion:
- 1 large handful of fresh or frozen raspberries
- 100 g of soy yogurt
- ½ banana
- 2 tablespoons of organic goji berries (approx. 18.2 g)
- 1 teaspoon of organic chia seeds (approx. 4.5 g)
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients in a blender and serve creamy texture in a glass with a spoon.
