Ingredients for one verrine:
- 4 teaspoons of almond milk
- 1 teaspoon of coconut flower syrup or agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon of organic chia seeds (approx. 4.5 g)
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients in a verrine and place in the fridge. Mix again 15-20 minutes later and leave the pudding to set in the fridge for at least 2 hours (or prepare the day before).
