RECOMMENDED USE

Shake the sachet well before use. Take 1 to 3 teaspoons a day (about 5.9 to 17.7 g/day) mixed in the food of your choice, like yogurt, in 3 doses. Each dose: 1 teaspoon (approx. 5.9 g) for example mixed in a yogurt before or during meals. Close sachet firmly after opening. Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
