Shake the sachet well before use. Take 1 to 3 teaspoons per day (about 3.2 to 9.6 g/day) mixed in your choice of food, such as yogurt, in 3 doses. Each dose: 1 teaspoon (approx. 3.2 g) for example mixed in a yogurt before or during meals. Close sachet firmly after opening. Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
