RECOMMENDED USE

Shake the sachet well before use. Take 1 to 2 teaspoons per day (about 2.9 to 5.8g/day) in two doses. Each dose: dilute 1 teaspoon (approx. 2.9 g) in a large glass of water, mix well and drink immediately. To ensure the product is absorbed, rinse the glass and drink this second glass of water. It is important to drink plenty of water while taking the product. Close sachet firmly after opening. Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.

PRECAUTIONS FOR USE

Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breast-feeding. Not recommended for children under 12 years of age. Not recommended for people suffering from gastrointestinal disorders or diseases or diabetes. Not recommended for people with swallowing problems or if liquid is insufficient for the ingestion of this product. Suffocation may occur. Not recommended for people allergic to psyllium. Do not take this product with other medication. Wait at least 2 hours between taking this product and taking any medication. It is recommended to respect prescribed doses and lead a healthy lifestyle with a balanced and varied diet. Keep out of reach of children.
