Black radish is an ancient vegetable, also known as winter radish because of its late harvest in the autumn months.
While reading about the benefits of plants, M. HAUSSIN discovered the benefits of the Black Radish. In 1974, he made them available to everyone by perfecting the technique of cold mechanical extraction of Black Radish juice and putting it into drinkable ampoules: the emblematic Pur jus de Radis Noir Superdiet was born!

Our Black Radish is grown in Northern France, in the commune of Quarouble, in the Valenciennois region, just 20 kilometers from our workshops.

From harvesting to manufacturing, know-how unchanged for 50 years
Cold-pressing Black Radish is a traditional process that respects the raw material. At every stage, our Black Radish is handled with the utmost care, to guarantee the highest quality juice!
The Black Radish is harvested at full maturity between September and November, then delivered just-in-time directly to our workshops. The fresh vegetables are then washed, peeled, crushed and pressed using only mechanical means. The resulting Pur Jus, naturally free of colorants and preservatives, is then filled into ampoules without dilution.
